November/December Employee of the Month Winners – Josh Meintsma and Matt Radke
We’re thrilled to announce Matt Radke and Josh Meintsma as our Employees of the Month for November & December 2025!
Matt, who hails from Oshkosh, Nebraska, brings an incredible work ethic and positive attitude to our team every day. Before joining us, he worked with the State of Nebraska DOT, and his experience and dedication truly shine through in everything he does. When asked what he likes best about his job, Matt couldn’t pick just one thing – he loves working with his teammates and the hands-on satisfaction of building things. As he puts it, “I like all of it. You could call it the culture of construction.” Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Denise, son Taylor, and Taylor’s family.
Josh grew up right here in the Fort Pierre/Pierre area and has built an impressive career in construction. After attending school to build power lines, he worked with Morris for 5 years before moving to Brookings with his wife Shelby while she attended SDSU. During that time, Josh ran excavator for Bowes Construction. When Shelby finished school, they returned to Pierre, and we were fortunate to have Josh rejoin the Morris team. When asked what he likes best about his job, Josh’s answer says it all: “The thing I like most about my job is the team we have built. No matter what the challenge is, we will find a way to conquer and overcome any obstacle. The guys I work with bust their butts day in and day out, and I love being around those people.” Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Shelby and their two daughters, Spencer and Sutton.
Please join us in congratulating Matt and Josh on this well-deserved recognition!
