This summer, we were proud to welcome Caleb, Cayden, and Lindsey—the third generation of the Morris family—to Morris, Inc. as summer interns under the guidance of our Estimator, Mark Morris.
Over the past few months, they've gained valuable real-world experience by writing technical narratives for bid proposals, performing quantity take-offs, assisting with pre- and post-construction surveys for our Euclid Avenue project, and meeting with property owners to answer questions and help resolve concerns. They've also had the opportunity to learn about the many moving parts of our company while getting to know the employees in the field who bring our projects to life every day.
While they'll all be heading to college this fall, we hope they leave with more than just summer memories. The hands-on experience, relationships, and lessons learned beyond the classroom are invaluable, and we’re grateful they chose to spend part of their summer with us.
