Jon Garrett was the winner of the December Employee of the Month!
Jon Garrett, is from the Aggregate Dirt Crew. He’s got dirt moving in his genes, being the son of Jeff Garrett, the retired Morris dirt crew Foreman. Jon’s a pro at handling scrapers, blades, and dozers – he makes the job look easy while having fun doing it! Jon, originally from Montrose, maintains a connection to his hometown by returning every weekend to relax at his residence. Fun fact: before joining us at Morris, he was a motorcycle small engine mechanic. Congrats, Jon!
Tre Anderson was the winner of the October Employee of the Month!
Tre Anderson came to Morris in 2023 from being a cook at a local restaurant. Tre grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania with this 3 brothers and 3 sisters. He enjoys working in the RediMix department as a loader operator because of the close knit group and wishes he would have come to Morris a long time ago. Thank you Tre for everything you do and Congrats!
Nick Bonilla was the winner of the August/September Employee of the Month!
Nick Bonilla an electrician from our Ag-Irrigation department was the August/September EOM Winner. Nick grew up in Harlingen, Texas and Madison, Indiana. With the exception of his sister, Gabby, who lives in Pierre, most of his family lives in Texas. Nick was a journeyman electrician for two other local electrical companies before joining Morris. He enjoys working at Morris because there is always opportunities to learn new skills. Congratulations Nick!
Derek Wilson was the winner of the July Employee of the Month!
Derek Wilson was the winner of EOM for July. He is originally from the Pierre and Mission area. He has 4 brothers, 1 sister and a dad to 2 grown sons. He likes helping out and seeing the finished product knowing he made it to look it’s best. He was with Mini-Wiconi Rosebud before joining Morris 10 years ago. He would like to thank Morris and the guys in General Service. You all do a great job.Thank you, Derek! Congratulations for winning!
 
Duwayne Broyles was the winner of the June Employee of the Month!
Duwayne Broyles is the winner of Employee of the Month for June. He works in General Services as an equipment operator. He helped Morris on a project in the Black Hills and decided to join Morris in 2000. He grew up in Hot Springs with 12 brothers and sisters. He enjoys working at Morris because of the variety of jobs and projects. Congrats for winning Employee of the Month!
Tyler Hall was the winner of the May Employee of the Month!

Tyler works in the Transportation Department. He started working at Morris in April of 2022. He grew up in the Fort Pierre area and has a background working on farms and ranches in the area. He said he enjoys working at Morris because he likes working with the different crews and doing to different jobs. Thank you Tyler for all that you do! Congratulations!

Paul Kolb was the winner of the April Employee of the Month!
Paul is a Project Manager in the General Services Department.
He grew up in Ipswich, South Dakota. His family consists of his wife Amy, two boys, Garrett and Griffin, two dogs, Ginger and Twig, as well as a Yorkie named Sophie. Paul enjoys coming to work and working with people. Before coming to Morris, he worked for Kyburz-Carlson in Aberdeen, SD.  Thank you Paul for everything that you do and Congrats again for being EOM!
Wendell Boyer was the winner of March Employee of the Month!

Wendell works in the Transportation department. He says that he enjoys working with all the different departments in Morris. They all work together to accomplish the job at hand. Morris is a great company to work for! Congrats again and Thank you for everything you do!

Brandon Ryckman was the winner of February Employee of the Month!
Brandon works in General Services as an operator. Brandon was raised in Fort Pierre with his two brothers and his parents. He loves spending time with his son Matthew when he is not at work. Brandon enjoys his job at Morris since the company provides many opportunities for learning various tasks and advancement! Congratulations Brandon!
