July Employee of the Month Winner – Roy Larsen
Congratulations to Roy, our July Employee of the Month! Roy has been part of the Morris family for an incredible 33 years, bringing his experience and dedication to work every day. Before joining Morris, Roy worked at a manufacturing plant in Grand Island, Nebraska. Roy says the best part of his job are the relationships he has built with customers and co-workers over the years — a testament to the impact he has had on those around him. Outside of work, Roy enjoys spending time with his wife, Debbie, their children and grandchildren. He also enjoys reading, walking, biking, and kayaking. In fact, Roy used to bike back to work during his lunch break! Thank you, Roy, for 33 years of hard work, commitment, and the relationships you’ve built along the way. June Employee of the Month Winner – Tyler Hall
Congratulations to Tyler Hall, our June Employee of the Month! Tyler enjoys the variety that comes with working alongside different crews and people every day. Before joining Morris, he worked in farming and trucking, bringing a wealth of experience to our team. When asked what he’d tell others about Morris, Tyler said he truly enjoys working here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for steady employment. (He also joked that after spending enough time behind the wheel of trucks, he’d rather work on them than drive them! ) Thank you, Tyler, for your hard work, positive attitude, and dedication. May Employee of the Month Winner – Paul Kolb
Paul Kolb our May Employee of the Month Winner! Paul grew up in Ipswitch, SD and worked at Kyburz-Carlon in Aberdeen before starting here in 1997. He lives with his wife, two sons Garrett and Griffen, and Willow their chocolate lab. Paul enjoys working at Morris because of the people and seeing the projects after they’re completed. Congrats Paul on winning Employee of the Month!

April Employee of the Month Winner – Logan Dahl
Congrats to Logan Dahl for winning Employee of the Month for April! Logan works in our Ag-Irrigation Department. Logan is a Pierre native who worked for a few years at Meyer Services Inc. in Volga, SD before moving back to Pierre in 2014 with his wife, Sasha. Together they have two children, Adalyn (6) and Caleb (4). Logan says the best part of his job is being able to provide irrigation services to local farmers and having the opportunity to learn new things every day. Outside of work, Logan is also an avid fisherman who enjoys spending time on the water. Thank you, Logan, for all that you do at Morris! Congratulations!

Jan/Feb/March Employee of the Month Winner – Paul Ras
Morris is proud to recognize Paul Ras as Employee of the Month for January, February, and March. Paul works in the Mechanic Shop and is originally from South Africa. He came to the United States on a work visa, initially working on a farm near Highmore, and now lives in Pierre with his wife, Adel. He is also the father of two daughters. Recently earning his CDL, Paul enjoys the daily challenges his job brings and takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly to support crews and keep projects moving forward.
