August/September 2017 – Craig Heller
Morris, Inc. is proud to announce that Craig Heller is the EOM Winner for September! Craig grew up in Faulkton and Harrisburg. He worked 13 years at Litton Microwave and 7 years at Freezer services, both in Sioux Falls, before moving to Fort Pierre 17 years ago. Craig has been a wrestling coach for 30+ years for Harrisburg and High School age and youth wresting at Stanley County. He continues to help out with the youth wrestling at Stanley County. Craig lives east of Fort Pierre with his wife. Combined they have six children and 9 grand children. Craig likes his job since he enjoys working with the public and other Morris employees. Thank you Craig for all your hardwork! Congrats!
July 2017 – Brent Coon
Morris, Inc. is proud to announce that Brent Coon is the EOM Winner for July! He grew up in Martin, SD and now resides in Pierre with his wife and three kids; two boys and a girl. When Brent is not out running the Medicine Creek pit he likes to go hunting, fishing and camping. He says he enjoys his job since there is always something new to look forward to. Thank you Brent for all that you do at Morris, and congratulations!
June 2017 – Lukas Dudley
Morris, Inc. is proud to announce that Lukas Dudley from the Aggregate Dept. was voted as Employee of the Month by his peers for June! Lukas is from Bemidji, MN where his mom, dad, sister and a niece still live. Lukas worked in logging with his family during school and then after high school he worked at a bee supply company for two years and then moved to a masonry and construction company before coming to Morris, Inc. in 2015.Working in the aggregate department Lukas is able to learn and try new things daily, he says “every day is an adventure!”

May 2017 – Arlin DeCouteau
Arlin Decoteau was voted the winner of the Employee of the Month for May. This is the first time Arlin has won EOM! Arlin is from Belcourt, N.D. Raised along with his three brothers and three sisters. He calls Pierre home and resides here with his girlfriend, daughter and step daughter. Arlin enjoys getting equipment ready and working with fellow employees. He said, “Morris, Inc. is a good company to work for, thanks and Let’s Be Safe!” Couldn’t have said it any better, Arlin — Let’s Be Safe!

February 2017 – Tammy Deal
Tammy is a Pierre native and began working for Morris, Inc. in September of 1999 after moving back from the Black Hills. She began working in the Accounting Department, then moved into the Estimating & Operations Department and most recently in the Aggregate Division at the Materials Yard. Tammy is a proud grandma of Brendon & Ryan. She enjoys watching Brendon in his various sports and is patiently awaiting for Ryan to pick her activities. What she enjoys most about her job is the fast paced environment that goes with the construction season and without a doubt all her co-workers.
