The Manufacturing Department at Morris, Inc. built
the first ever self-erecting jig for a customer in
North Dakota.

Morris, Inc. joins the Rooster Rush Mood taking
place in Pierre and Fort Pierre. Rooster Rush
is a state-wide effort to welcome hunters to our
great state for the best pheasant hunting in the
country.

2010
Morris
Inc. recognizes Ryen Reed
with individual achievement of becoming a Certified
Reinke Platinum Plus Technician as a result of his
accomplishments in the Reinke Plus Program. In
order to be recognized as a Certified Reinke
Platinum PlusTechnician, the highest level of
recognition,
Ryen had to complete
each of the six service training classes offered by
Reinke Manufacturing with 90% or better scored on.

The Ag Irrigation department at Morris, Inc. was
recognized by Reinke Manufacturing as one of the top
five highest selling dealerships in the North
Central Territory. This prestigious award was
accepted by Steve Ludemann, Department Manager.

2009
With the
start of the spring season, mechanics are finishing
their work on the equipment as crews prepare to
start new jobs. The Asphalt Department kicks
off their season with paving jobs in multiple
locations, while the General Services Department
will have crews focused to a large project in the
Pierre area.

Everyone
is invited to visit our two newest buildings...
Morris Building and Bobcat Building. An Open
House is being held on Friday, March 20, from 11:00
am to 5:00 pm. Lunch will be served from 11:00
am to 2:00 pm. The Fort Pierre Economic
Development Corporation will hold a ribbon cutting
to commemorate the addition of these two new
buildings to our company. The Morris Building
houses four departments: Manufacturing,
Welding, Machine, and Rewind. Sales, service,
parts, and rentals for Bobcat equipment takes place
in the Bobcat Building. We look forward to
seeing you at our Open House.

Inc. representatives will be on site at the KCCR
Farm, Home and Sports Show on February 28 and March
1. Visit us at the Ramkota Convention Centre
in Pierre. At the show you can learn about the
many services and products we provide and how we can
assist with your next home, farm, or business
project.

The Manufacturing Department at Morris, Inc. is
excited to be featured in the 2009 Applied
Engineering, Inc. calendar. A portable screen
drawn using AutoDesk's Inventor program will be

Our newly
constructed Morris Building is fully occupied
with a automated plasma table, press brake, and a
customized machine shop for all your machining needs. Four of our departments
work in this multi-faceted building including the
welding, rewind, machine, and manufacturing
departments. This new building is home to 25
full-time employees.

A one year
anniversary celebration takes place this month for
the Equipment Department of Morris, Inc. This
celebration includes the one year anniversary of our
Bobcat Dealership. Morris, Inc. wants to take
this time to thank all of our customers for making
this first of year of Bobcat business a successful
year.

The
2007 Pierre Area
Excellence in Family Business Award was awarded to Morris,
Inc. by the Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce and
South Dakota Family Business Association.
The recognition was received by Milton Morris and
his family at the Chamber's Annual Celebration held
on November 1. Past recipients of the award
include State Publishing Company and BankWest.
September 26, 2007
The grand
opening of our latest department addition will take
place on Thursday, October 11, 2007. The
Equipment Department will be holding a Grand Opening
to celebrate the establishment of Morris, Inc. as an
authorized Bobcat Dealer. Join us on October
11 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to see the latest Bobcat
skid-steer loaders and attachments! The grand
opening will take place at our office headquarters
at 301 West Highway 14 & 34 in Fort Pierre, South
Dakota.

Morris, Inc. featured on front cover of
Construction Bulletin for its use of GPS
equipment.
With the
introduction of GPS equipment in the construction
industry, Morris, Inc. is embracing this new
technology and using it on their projects. GPS
technology allows the company to save a lot of time
and money with little human error involved.
Morris, Inc. currently uses global positioning
systems on Caterpillar grader, dozer, and scraper,
with plans for implementing systems on more
equipment in the near future.
