Crane Erect Jigs are water based material separation jigs. An innovative application for separation of low density materials, such as shale and lignite, from high density materials such as sand and gravel.

 A very easy easy setup and tear down design makes for a competitive and effecient machine that are either towed on a flat-bed trailer or its own tow away structure for transportating to exisiting or new long term sources where material separation is called for to meet contractor needs.

Equipment Needed for Install

  • 100 ton crane for erecting

  • Crew with an experienced operator

  • Permanent placement pad for the jig to be assembled in the pit.

  • 54,000 lbs (tow weight)

  • 36 feet tall (erected)

  • fits a 70" and 100" jigging machine

  • Coal, gravel, and sand applications

  • Control van available - holds MCC and Bed Level Control electrical cabinet
