The Oahe Inc. Extended Day Care Project was a 6,000 square foot remodel of an existing tenant space that was converted into a large extended day care. This consisted of concrete floors, ceiling and wall demolition, upgrading the plumbing and sanitary systems as well as both the HVAC and the Electrical systems. New walls were constructed to add multiple bathrooms, offices, classrooms and play areas, as well as a kitchen. Heartland Construction Management was selected for this project largely due to our construction schedule. We were able to guarantee that we could complete this project far sooner than our competitors. Heartland Construction Management was able to complete the space ahead of schedule in just under 52 working days. The project was a success and a nice addition to the community of Pierre, SD.
